FrankstonTV is a community YouTube channel that was launched in February 2011. The channel showcases why Frankston is the destination to live, visit, invest and play. The initiative has successfully transformed the way Frankston is portrayed globally via YouTube. Anyone can have a piece of the action by uploading their own video.
